About the consultation program
At Nutrify, Our diet plans are personalised according to individuals health requirements. We do count on portion control, calorie counting, and measuring of weight loss protocol including body composition analysis and body statitistics. We also keep a track and consider your eating habits, daily activity, sleep hours, work timing and physical activity compliance etc to plan result oriented sustainable diet. Also we do educate you about how food effect your health, fitness and productivity. You take control and ownership of what you like to eat and how you like to workout, not just for the duration of the program but for the good.

How it works
Appointment happens over your preffered online platform ( Facebook, WhatsApp, phone call, facetime etc.) as per your convenience.
– In our diet plan we make sure of working around the locally and seasonally available food.
– We don’t belive in feasting or fasting but eating in a balance way.
1. Knowing You
– Choose the duration of program ( minimum is 1 month )
– You fill the “getting to know you ” sheet to help us figure out your existing eating, exercise and work pattern / routine.
-An appointment schedule is generated for the duration of the program based on your time and day preferred.
2. Consultation
Consultation starts off with an hour doing counselling where we are advising an eating pattern that is sustainable and a culture fit.
– Daily interaction to review and alter your meals and physical activity plan.
– Phone, Whatsapp and email support through out for all your queries.
– Special meal planning for special occasion like work, travel, holiday, wedding, festival etc.
3. Post Consultation
We maintain lifelong relationship with you and provide support anytime you need.
